So I made a video talking about Depression and not only my struggle with it but how it plagues us. Yes us! There are so many different perspectives to depression. you have the person going through it, the person who wants to help but doesn't know how, the person who battles and doesn't know how to help someone else and the variations continue. The video delves into a different perspective of helping and ways to seek help and to just get the conversation started. Let me know what you think!
